Support & consulting
CMS tuning provides support for the customers in various aspects. It can be post-installation support, when the customer is running a live site and pre-installation support, when the customer needs to evaluate, which system / components should be chosen.
Post-installation support includes consulting and training on content posting, advanced administration, user groups management. Besides this, we offer regular core and modules updates (CMS usually often issue security and maintenance releases) either on the basis of the monthly contract or on demand (we can send an email to our clients, that new updates are available). Also, we provide major version upgrades (usually once in 2 years), when a major release of CMS appears and core modernization and improvement is possible.
Besides technical support we can provide consulting and training on various aspects of CMS running/administration. Also we can provide an analytical report in the frame of pre-installation support where we'll answer which CMS will suit your better, which hosting company will be more effective, etc…
